If you poke around my website, you’ll probably see that i make a lot of different kinds of music- but this page is devoted to my solo guitar act!
I’m from Memphis and have been steeped in jazz, blues, country and folk traditions. I have a large repertoire of covers that ranges from jazz standards and blues classics, instrumental versions of popular tunes from many eras, some country classics, and some fun originals thrown in for good measure! I play by myself, but often use a looping pedal which enables me to accompany myself and play more than one guitar part at once, which can be fun for the audience.
Whatever your needs are, I am always willing to coordinate my repertoire for the occasion.
In addition to playing solo, I also can provide a duo or trio if called for. Also if you are interested in me bringing in some of Door County or Memphis’ finest musicians for your event, I can bring every thing from the danciest funnest wedding band on earth to second line new orleans style funk, or elegant jazz.
If you are in Door County, you can catch me playing background dinner jazz guitar every Monday at Osteria Tre Tassi and every Tuesday at The White Gull Inn (I am in my fifth season there as of this writing in 2025!)
